Combining the best that Northern and Southern Shaolin temples had to offer in preparation for the war with Japan in 1937, Grandmaster Yin taught the forms demonstrated below by instructor Steve Linstead.

These forms, as well as many others, were used to train the troops in China in hand-to-hand combat. These forms have been the main repertoire of the Chinese Kung Fu Center.

Plum Blossom Mantis - Ending Posture

Buddha Fist

Young Tiger - Beginning

Shaolin Chi - Double Punch Posture

Three Power Sword - Retreating
